Processing Time:

Once your order is placed, we get to work immediately. All orders are processed within 24-48 hours (excluding Sundays & public holidays).

Delivery Time:

  • Metro Cities: 2–4 business days.
  • Other Areas: 4–7 business days.

We ship via reliable courier partners to make sure your products arrive safe and sound.

Order Modification & Cancellations

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of placement or before shipping, whichever comes first.

  • Prepaid orders cancelled within this window will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after confirmation.
  • COD orders are verified through WhatsApp confirmation before processing — unverified orders may be automatically cancelled.

Shipping Charges:

  • Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹499.
  • A small fee of ₹29 is charged for orders below ₹499.

Cash on Delivery(CoD) orders might have an additional fees applied.

As soon as your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email or SMS with tracking details so you can follow your package every step of the way.
