Refund policy

We get it – sometimes things don’t work out. No worries, we’re here to help!

Return Window:

You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is:

• Unused and unopened.
• In its original packaging.
• Not a final sale or non-returnable item (like free samples, or products marked “non-returnable”).

 

Exchanges:

We want you to love every product you receive from us. But if something’s not right, we’ll make it right.

You’re eligible for an exchange in any of the following cases:

• You received the wrong product
• You got an expired product
• There was physical damage during transit
• A product was missing from your order

Simply drop us an email, and our team will jump in to sort it out. We’ll work to have your exchanged item delivered to you within 7 working days - quick, simple, and stress-free!

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund will be processed and credited within 5-7 working days to your original payment method.

Please Note:

• We do not accept returns for products that are used, damaged after delivery, or if the return request is made after 7 days.
• If a product arrives damaged, please reach out to us within 48 hours with photos. We’ll fix it right away.
